4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Pay all fees as agreed upon in your contract with AAAMB.
  • Notify AAAMB of any errors or discrepancies in billing reports within 30 days of receipt.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Our services start at 2.95% of monthly collections, as outlined in your service agreement.
  • Payments are due as per the agreed billing cycle. Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Compliance and Security

  • AAAMB adheres to HIPAA regulations to safeguard client data.
  • While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee 100% data security. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept this inherent risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AAAMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the affected period.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the AAAMB website, including text, images, and software, is the intellectual property of AAAMB.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
  • AAAMB reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in New York.

11. Changes to Terms

AAAMB reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
